Exploration of Digital Teaching Reform in Food Majors and Practical Training of Exemplary Students' Abilities for Vocational Teachers

AbstractThis study explores the reform of digital teaching in the food profession and the practice of cultivating the abilities ofvocationalteachersandstudents.Theaimistoenhancethedigitalliteracyteachingdesignabilityprofeioal practice ability,and technological innovation abilityof vocational teachers and students by constructing a digital theoretical curiculum system,a digital practice training system,and a virtual simulation platform.Through the reform practice of Chaoxing Learning Platformand virtual simulation platform,this studyanalyzes the improvementeffctof digital teaching reform on theabilities ofstudents and teachers,and proposes inovative teaching modelsand evaluation mechanisms,aiming tocultivate high-qualitydigital "ual teacher" teachers.Theresearch results indicate thatdigital teaching reformeffctivelyenhances stdents'digitalawareness,practicaloperationability,andemploymentadaptability improves teachers' teaching design and application ability, and meets industry needs.
