Paths for Improving the Quality of Collaborative Education among Multiple Subjects in Modern Industrial Colleges under the Background of New Quality Productivity

AbstractAsacarrierofintegrationand innovationbetween industryandeducation,ModernIndustrialCollegeaims to build acollaborative educationecosystembetween schools,enterprises,govemment and administrativeentities,and become a pivot for improving thequality of talent cultivation and industrial transformation and upgrading. Under the background of new quality productivity, industrial colleges are facing problems such as incomplete institutional mechanisms and insufficient depth ofcolaborative education.The article proposes threesolutions to address these issues: establishingalong-termmechanism forcooperationamong the four parties,innovating the"dualteacher dual element"colaborative education model,and creating an innovativecenter forthe integrationofindustryandeducation, aiming to provide support for regional economic development and the cultivation of new quality productivity.
