AbstractInstrumental analysis,as acore course in food related majors invocationalcolleges,has a high degree of integration with job positions inthe food industry.The article integrates information technology such as mind maps, simulation software,video animations,and cloud courses with traditional teaching advantages to constructa diverse teaching system.Practice has shownthat this teaching reformcan beter adaptto the learning characteristics ofstudents, solve key and dificult problems toachieve teaching goals,laythe foundation for students'internship practice and career development, and has important practical significance for cultivating applied food professionals.
