Multidimensional Analysis and Solution Path Research on the Employment Dilemma of Graduates from Private Colleges and Universities

AbstractGraduates from private universities have relatively weak competitiveness in the job market and need to enhancetheir professonalabilities，optimize their employment guidance system，and increase theirsocialrecognition. The market-oriented development of higher education has exacerbated the mismatch between talentcultivation and marketdemand，and the employment guidance mechanismis laggng behind，affcting the accuracyofjobseeking.To address issues such as weak professional abilities，incomplete employment guidance systems，and insufficient social recognition，private universities should take the folowing measures： implement a dual mentortraining model to achievedeep integration of theory and practice; Establish an employment big data platform to accurately match job demands; Build a private university employment alliance to enhance overall social influence.
