Practical Research on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of College Teachers in Performing Their Duties in the New Era

AbstractAs the primary human resource and guaranteesupport for building a strong education country， the teacher group can only cultivate and gather more capable new talents for the construction ofthe countryand the rejuvenationofthe nation by promoting thesocial trendof respecting teachers and valuing educationthroughout society，and improving thestatus of teachers. The articletakes thenew eraand new requirements as the starting point，comprehensivelyanalyzes theimportance ofprotectingtherightsandinterests ofuiversityteachers，systematicallsorts outtheistorcalevolutionand practicalneeds of protectingtherightsandinterestsofuniversityteachers，ndfurtherextracts thekeyanddifcultpointsofprotecting the rightsand interests of universityteachers.The aim is to provide suggestions and recommendations forsafeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of teachers，strengthening the constructionof the teaching staf，promotingthe cultureof respecting teachers and valuing education， and promoting the development of China's education industry.
