Abstract In the process of higher education modernization， the funding and education system is undergoing a profound transformation fromeconomic security to value guidance.The traditional "one-size-fits-all" funding model is difficult tomeet theactualneedsof heterogeneous developmentofstudent groups.Although the digital transformation has achieved certain results，there are stillproblems suchasdataislands and superficialapplication.This study proposes to build a funding and education model empowered bydigital portraits，and explores a closed-loop practice path of "mechanism integration， portrait-driven，personalized empowerment，and collaborative education"，soas to promote the organic integration of precise funding and educational effectiveness.
