AbstractWith therapid development of information technology，data has become the core driving force for the transformationofeducation management.Data driven approach can solve problemssuch as informationsilos anddecisionmaking lag in traditional management models，provide support for personalized educationand resource optimization，and promote high-qualitydevelopmentofeducation.Starting from the existing problems inhigher educationmanagement，this articlecombinesbigatatchnologyartificialinteligence，andtheintegrationofeducationmanagementtoexplorethedatadriven path of intelligent transformation in higher education management. Universities need to establish a management system centered on data，optimize data colection，analysis，and application processes，and enhance management efficiency and decision-making scientificity through technological empowerment.They should also establish a dynamic evaluation mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of transformation.
