AbstractUnder the backgroundof "Double First Clas",China's higher education is facing the challengeof improving thequalityof graduate educationand cultivating high-level innovative talents.Thecultivationof innovativeabilities among graduate students in the field of uranium mining and metallurgy is crucial.There are problems in the graduate education of uranium mining and metallurgy majors,such as the lack of distinctive training modes,the need to improve the curriculum systemandteaching methods,andthe needtoimprove the quality evaluationsystem.The article proposes strategies suchasoptimizingthetraining program,establishingadiversifieddynamic evaluationsystem,implementing a multi mentor joint training system,strengthening school enterprise cooperation,and scientifically planning project applications,aiming to enhance the innovation abilityof graduate students majoring in uranium mining and metallurgy. Through reformand practice,the academic innovation abilityof graduate students majoring in uranium mining and metalurgy has been significantly improved,cultivating more high-level talents with intemationalcompetitiveness for China's nuclear industry.
