AbstractAgainst thebackdropofaccelerateddigitaltransformationandemerging technologies，thedemand fornetwork technology talents continues to evolve. The article focuses onthe adaptation of the network technology curriculum system to future employment needs，and deeplyanalyzes the pain points of the current curriculum system in terms of ecological adaptability， knowledge transformation effciency，and student development empowerment. Byconstructing a dynamic industry ecological integration mechanism，optimizing the processof knowledge transformation promotion，and improving the student development empowerment system，we can promote the dynamic adjustment of the curriculum system to closely align with industrydevelopment.Research has shown that dynamic adjustment mechanisms can effctively enhance the responsiveness of the curriculum system to future employment demands， providing strong support for cultivating network technology talents that can adapt to diverse industry needs.
