AbstractWith the continuous improvement of China's opening up to the world, especially in the context of the continuous promotionofthe "The Belt and Road Initiative",thecountry's demand for versatile professionals who are proficientinboth professionalknowledge and skils,andalsoproficientinforeign languages is becoming increasingly prominent. Higher training requirements arebeing proposed for the innovative technical and skilled talents, especially bilingual talents for the vocational undergraduate universities. This paper analyzes thecurrent situation of bilingual teaching of product design major of vocational undergraduate.This paper explores the bilingual teaching mode of product design majorof vocational undergraduate,based on problem-based teaching method,hierarchical teaching concept,and combined with the course characteristicsofproduct design majorof vocational undergraduate,providing reference for the reform of bilingual course teaching for art and design majors of vocational undergraduate.
