AbstractWith the continuous improvement of China's social security system, the professonal level of social insurance administration services hasbeen consistently elevated,thereby imposing higher demands onthequality of talentcultivation.However,thereisanotabledisconnectbetweenthetheoreticalinstructionofsocial insuranceandits practical application,as traditional classroom teaching struggles to meet the training needs of social insurance professionals under the new circumstances.Taking the project-based teaching reform ofthe Social Insurance course as a starting point,five major insurance project clusters have beendesigned, with a focus onimplementing thre practical projects:social insurance benefit eligibilitycertification,medicalinsurance adjustment,andwork-related injurycases. Supportedbya multi-level practical training platform,acollaborative education mechanism between schools and local authorities,and a tracking assssment and rating system,a systematic teaching framework is constructed.Targeted optimization suggestions are proposed to provide insights for the reform of the Social Insurance course.
