Reform and Practice of Comprehensive Teaching Mode of Vocational and General Integration in Vocational Schools in Ethnic Regions

AbstractThe integratedteaching modelfor vocational-regulareducationintegration is aninnovative educationalmodel that promotes the deep integration ofregular education and vocational education.Itcan enhance students'cultural quality and vocationalskills,enabling diversified pathways tosuccessSecondary vocational schools in ethnic minorityareas can build an integrated teaching model centered around "co-cultivation of vocational and regular education with ethnic characteristics"basedonthe regional economicdevelopment needs and thecharacteristics of ethniccultural resources, thus promoting thecoordinated developmentofregulareducationand vocational education.Tothisend,Bama Normal School for Nationalities has caried out the following practices: constructing a curriculum system for vocational-regular education integration,integrating thecurriculumcontentofregularhighshoolsandsecondaryvocationalshools while highlighting ethnic cultural characteristics; exploring a culturally immersive teaching model to cultivate students' comprehensive qualities through diverse teaching methods; creating diversifiedcultivation paths,implementingclassified and stratified teaching,and opening up multiple channels for further education and employment to meet students' individual development needs.
