AbstractIn recent years,the high turnoverrate offaculty in private colleges and universities has seriouslyaffected teachingqualityandsustainabledevelopment.Therefore,retaining talentandenhancing facultystabilityhavebecome urgentissues.This paperapplies the Two-Factor Theory to analyze the main factors affcting faculty stabilityfrom two aspects:hygiene factors and motivational factors.It proposes measures to strengthen stability by improving hygiene factors to meet teachers'basic needs and enhancing motivational factors to stimulate their internal motivation.
