AbstractAs the core courseof economicsand management majors inuniversities,the traditional teaching mode of Western economics is difficult to mettheneedsof moder education fortalent development.The blendedonline and offline teaching model based on the Outcome Based Education (OBE) concept can efectively improve teaching effectiveness byclarifying learming objectives,optimizing teaching content,reconstructing teaching processes,and strengthening processevauation.This modelisstudent-centered,focuses onachieving learingoutcomes,combines theflexibilityofonlineresources withtheinteractivityofofline teaching,andconstructsateaching loop.This model caneffectively improve students'learninginitiative,practicalabilityandinnovationability,providinganewpath for the reform of economics curriculum teaching.
