AbstractThis studyaims to explore theapplicationofAI technology in teacherevaluation.Thearticle firstanalyzes the iterative upgrading of evaluation functions underAI empowerment，including data-drivenprecision evaluation， intellgentanalysisofdiagnosticfeedback，personalizeddevelopmentguidance，etc;Secondly，itelaboratesonhowAI technologycanreconstructthetraditionalevaluationecosystem，promote thediversificationofevaluationsubjects，the process oriented evaluation，andthe proactive role of teachers.Atthe same time，the study points outthe problems of current AIdrivenevaluation，namely insufficient algorithmapplicabilitydatacollectiondeviation，incomplete indicatorsystem，andlowparticipation;Finallyoptimizationstrategies wreproposed，includingoptimizingevaluation algorithms，standardizingdatacolection，improvingidicatorsystems，andconstructingdiverseparticipationmechaisms， inorderto providetheoretical references forpromoting thescientificand modern developmentofvocationalcollege teacher evaluation.
