AbstractThis studyaims to explore theapplicationofAI technology in teacherevaluation.Thearticle firstanalyzes the iterative upgrading of evaluation functions underAI empowerment,including data-drivenprecision evaluation, intellgentanalysisofdiagnosticfeedback,personalizeddevelopmentguidance,etc;Secondly,itelaboratesonhowAI technologycanreconstructthetraditionalevaluationecosystem,promote thediversificationofevaluationsubjects,the process oriented evaluation,andthe proactive role of teachers.Atthe same time,the study points outthe problems of current AIdrivenevaluation,namely insufficient algorithmapplicabilitydatacollectiondeviation,incomplete indicatorsystem,andlowparticipation;Finallyoptimizationstrategies wreproposed,includingoptimizingevaluation algorithms,standardizingdatacolection,improvingidicatorsystems,andconstructingdiverseparticipationmechaisms, inorderto providetheoretical references forpromoting thescientificand modern developmentofvocationalcollege teacher evaluation.
