AbstractThe construction of structured teacher teaching innovation teams in vocational coleges is a crucial starting point for vocational education and teaching reform.Based on an overview of the necesity of constructing such teams in vocational colleges，this paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction processand proposes coesponding strategies，including improving team management systems，strengthening the cultivationofteachers'sense ofcooperation， establishng and improving incentive mechanisms，and creating a positive team atmosphere.The aim is to build highlevel teaching innovation teams and promote the coordinated development ofregional vocational education.
