循证教学在高职护理课程中的实施路径与效果评估

AbstractObjective:Toexploretheimplementationpathofdigital-enabledevidence-basedteachinganditseffecton the eformofhigher vocationalnursing courses.Methods:Atotalof106students fromthreeclassesofthe2022 grade of higher vocational nursing were randomlyassgned to the experimental group,and another105 students from three clases wereassigned tothecontrol group.Thecontrol group was taughtaccording totheoriginalteachingplan,while theexperimental group was taughtusing digitalplatformssuchas bigdataandartificialintelligence tocollect evidence. Theachievementof the thre-dimensional goalsof knowledge,ability,andquality,autonomous explorationability, criticalthinkingability,andevidence-basedabilityofthetwogroupsofstudentsbeforeandafterthesemesterwere comparedtocomprehensivelyevaluate theteachingeffct.Results:Afteronesemester,the theoreticalknowledge score of the students was (83.41±4.23) points,and the practical operation score was (91.08±5.19) points.The evidencebasednursing practiceabilityandcriticalthinkingabilityof the students werehigherthan those beforethesemester, and the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05 .Conclusion:Digital-enabled evidence-based teaching can effectively enhance the reformand effectivenessof higher vocational nursing teaching,providing new ideas and practical basis for the teaching reform of the nursing major.
