新工科背景下金属材料人才培养模式改革与实践

——以江西理工大学为例

摘 要 基于新工科建设对卓越人才培养提出的新要求,文章以江西理工大学为例,分析了金属材料类专业人才培养存在的问题,探索金属材料特色人才培养模式改革与实践。江西理工大学提出的“一引领·双驱动·三融合”的金属材料特色人才培养模式,为新工科背景下地方高校构建产学研应用型人才培养模式提供了有益参考。

Reform and Practice of Talent Training Mode for Metal Materials

under the Background of New Engineering

——Taking Jiangxi University of Science and Technology as an example

Abstract Based on the new requirements of the construction of new engineering disciplines for the cultivation of outstanding talents, this article takes Jiangxi University of Science and Technology as an example to analyze the problems in the cultivation of talents in the field of metal materials, and explore the reform and practice of the characteristic talent cultivation mode for metal materials. The "one leading, dual driving, and three integrating" metal material characteristic talent training model proposed by Jiangxi University of Science and Technology provides useful reference for local universities to build an industry university research applied talent training model under the background of new engineering.
