航空装备理实一体化教学改革研究

摘 要 文章研究了军士职业教育中航空装备类课程的理实一体化教学改革，详细论述了航空装备理实一体化教学过程中存在的问题、教学模式、典型教学方法和教学策略，对开展航空装备理实一体化教学改革，提高军士装备实践能力，满足岗位需要具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract This paper studies the teaching reform of the integration of science and practice in the aviation equipment course of the non-commissioned vocational education， this paper discusses in detail the problems， teaching models， typical teaching methods and teaching strategies existing in the teaching process of the integration of theory and practice of aviation equipment， and carries out the teaching reform of the integration of theory and practice of aviation equipment， it is significant to improve the practical ability of sergeant's equipment to meet the post needs.

1 航空装备教学中存在的问题

1.1 教学内容陈旧，教材更新不及时

航空装备类课程教材大多以原理、结构等理论性知识为主要内容，缺乏对航空装备相关作业技术要求的补充，对学员实践操作的指导性较弱，这也间接导致教员的教学偏理论讲解，实践教学较少。（剩余4530字）
