摘 要 针对PCR技术的特点,设计模拟的DNA分子及上、下游引物,让学生参与模拟PCR反应过程的游戏,针对游戏情境,设计常规性问题及拓展思考的深度问题,引导学生通过合作探究主动参与课堂教学活动,手、脑并用,在批判性思维的基础上深度理解PCR技术的原理,提升学生运用多学科知识解决问题的意识。

Game Simulation and Questions Design to Promoting Deep Learning
on the Reaction Process of PCR
Abstract Based on the characteristics of PCR technology, the game of simulating the PCR reaction process for students to performing was designed after simulated DNA molecules and simulated primers being designed. Encourage students to participate in a game that simulates the PCR reaction process, design routine questions and expand their thinking depth based on the game context, guide students to actively participate in classroom teaching activities through collaborative exploration, use both hands and brains, deeply understand the principles of PCR technology on the basis of critical thinking, and enhance students' awareness of using interdisciplinary knowledge to solve problems.
