基于CDIO理念的临床护理技能教学改革探索

摘 要 文章针对临床护理技能课程教学中存在的问题,将CDIO教学模式应用于临床护理技能教学中,具体措施包括教学内容的确定,教学团队的遴选,教学案例的构思、设计、实现、运作等,通过师生调查反馈,CDIO教学模式充分激发了学生的学习兴趣与热情,有效提升了学生的学习效果、技能水平及综合素质。

Exploration of Clinical Nursing Skill Teaching Reform Based on CDIO Concept

Abstract In view of the problems existing in the teaching of clinical nursing skills, the CDIO teaching mode was applied to the teaching of clinical nursing skills. The specific measures include the determination of teaching content, the selection of teaching team, the conception, design, implementation and operation of teaching cases, etc. Through the survey feedback of teachers and students, the CDIO teaching mode fully stimulated students' learning interest and enthusiasm, effectively improving the learning effect, skill level and comprehensive quality of students.
