小学班主任工作与家庭教育的有效融合

摘要：教育是现代社会发展背景下一项十分重要的工作，而在开展小学教育时，相关的工作人员需要意识到学校教育的重要性，所以小学班主任在开展学校教育工作时需要积极与家长有机融合，通过这种方式能够有效提升家校共育的成效，这对于我国现代化教学体系的建设也具有十分积极的促进作用。

【Abstract】 Education is a very important work in the context of modern social development. When carrying out elementary education，relevant staff need to be aware of the importance of school education，so the primary school head teacher needs to actively interact with parents when carrying out school education. Integration，in this way，can effectively improve the effectiveness of home-school co-education，which also has a very positive role in promoting the construction of our modern teaching system.
