Abstract:Anew type of integrated deepsolid-liquid separation machinefor livestock and poultry manure is designed to addressthe technical shortcomingsof the spiral extrusion dewatering machine commonlyused for solid-liquid separationof livestock and poultry manure,such as lowdewatering efficiencyand easy blockageof belt pressdewatering machines.The proposed machine combines screw dewateringand belt dewatering technologies to achieve lower water content and fficient operation.The keycomponentsof the integrated machine were designed,and 3Dmodelingof theequipmentand finite elementanalysis verificationof the main components were caried out using SolidWorks and ANSYS software.The analysis demonstrates that setting the thickness of the fixed ring at 3mm in the concentration part of the screw stacking device and 5mm for the dehydration part satisfies the requirements of stress and deformation.A supporting control system Was designed to enable real-time monitoringand alarm.Prototype testing showed stable operation,achieving a 44.07% water removal rate and a 76.83% CODcr removal rate for pig manure treatment,meeting the design requirements.
