基于CFD的切段式甘蔗收获机除杂室结构参数优化

Abstract:Theeficiencyof theextractorinasugarcanechopperharvesterisdirectlyimpactedbytheinternalairflowfield. Toenhance theextractor'sperformance,we investigatedthe influenceof thecleaning chamberon theairflow field,and subsequentlyoptimized thestructureof thechamber.Computationalfluiddynamics(CFD)was employedto simulate the flowfieldof the extractor system,and single-factor and combinedoptimization simulation tests were conducted,using gap width,inletradius,grillarea,andgrilltypeasinfluentialfactors.Thestaticpressureandflowvelocitywereusedas performance indicators. The simulation results revealed that,with the fan speed set at 1000Δr/min ,the optimum performance of the extractor was achieved with a gap width of 41mm ,an inlet radius of 323mm ,and a grill area of .The static pressure reached 147Pa ,and the flowvelocity reached 14.42m/s .These values represent a significant improvement compared to the original extractor,with a 41% increase in static pressure and a 31% increase in flowvelocity.The stability of the internal flow field was significantly improved.
