基于ABAQUS的苜蓿割草机切割过程仿真与关键部件参数优化

Abstract:Aimingtoaddress thechallenges inmechanizedalfalfa harvesting,suchasimprecisestalkcutting,significant plantdamage,extendedregenerationcycles,andreduced forageyield,thephysicalandmechanicalpropertiesof alfalfa stalks were testedand analyzed.Based on the findings,ontological equations representing the stalk characteristics were developed.Using computer-basednumerical simulation techniques,thecuting process of keycomponents in thealfalfa mowing machine was modeled,leading tothe structuralandoperational optimizationof thecuting parts.Theoptimized parameters for the cuting mechanism were as follows:a cutting edge angle of 20∘ ,a radius of curvature of 0.1mm blade thickness of 4mm ,rotational speed of 2 045r/min ,forward operating speed of 3m/s ,and cutting angle of 40∘ : Theresultsoffield tests showed that key components of harvesting machine after optimization design significantlyreduced stalkdamage during harvesting.Thisresearch holds substantialpractical significance foradvancing the mechanized harvesting technologyandequipmentforalfalfainChina.Italsocontributestothehighqualitydevelopmentofthealfalfa industry by promoting greater efficiency and minimizing crop loss during the harvesting process.
