Abstract:Aiming attheissues ofimpreciseplant spacing control,dificult depth adjustment,andlowoperationalefficiency inthetransplantationofCodonopsis pilosulaseedlings,aneficienttransplanterspecificallydesignedforCodonopsis pilosula seedlingswas developedThismachine isentirelypowered byatractorandsecurelyconnectedto itviaastablethrepoint suspensionsystem,ensuring stableandreliable operation.The machine integrates critical components such asa seedbed preparation device,pendulum mechanism,seedling feeding device,soil covering device,and transmision system,enabling afullprocessautomation from mechanical furowing toautomatic seedling feding,mulching,andsoil covering.Taking depthadjustmentandplant spacingcontrolof Codonopsispilosula seedlingsas theprimaryevaluationindicators,the optimal working parameters of the sedbed preparation device were determined through modeling with SolidWorks and optimization analysis using Design—Expert 13.O: An entry angle of 35∘ ,a slope angle of 40∘ ,and an entry gap angle of 7∘ .Field experiments demonstrated that at a tractor forward speed of O.25 to 0.35m/s ,the machine could complete all transplantation processes in a single pass,achieving an average qualified rate of planting depth of 90.1% and an average qualified rate of plant spacing of 89.3% , significantly improving transplantation efficiency and quality.
