Abstract:Atesting platform for layered quantitative picking of tobacco leaves,based oncounting pulseresponse of cuting force,wasdesigned tomettheagronomicrequirementsof diferentmaturitylevelsthatrequirelayered quantitativeharvesting.Thisplatformadoptsacircularembracing pickingmethodtodeterminepicking parametersand verifythe feasibilityof picking methods.Thin film pressuresensors areinstalled below theringlikeknife holderon the testingplatform,whichcontrols thecuttingstrokeof theringlike knifebycollecting thenumberofcutting forcepulses generatedduring cuting tobaco,achieving thequantitativepicking functionof tobaco leaves.The starting heightof tobacco picking is determined by adjusting the picking mechanism as a whole toachieve the layered picking functionof tobacco leaves.In thegreenhouse tobacco experimental plantingarea,3O tobacc plants were selected toconductcuting force pulse threshold measurement experiments on the lower,middle,andupper leaves,and the lower threshold of effective cutting force pulse for counting picked tobacco leaves was determined to be 25N .In the experiments.of quantitative picking tobacco leavesbased oncuttng forcepulsecounting,theacuracyrate of quantitative picking mature tobacco leaves in the middle and lower layers was 100% ,and the accuracy rate of quantitative picking of immature tobacco leaves in the upper layer was 86.7% . The experimental results showed that the layered and quantitative picking function for mature tobaccoleavescan beachieved through theoveralliftingofthepicking platformand counting cuting forceresponsepulse.This provided theoreticaland practical reference for the further developmentof a tobacco layered quantitative picking system with higher practicality and reliability.
