Abstract:At present,China's edible fungi industry is developing rapidly.Somevarieties ofedible fungi havebegun touse bagcultivation,andcultivatedvarietiesandcropyieldshaveincreasedyearbyyear,folowedbyanincreaseinthe demand foredible fungi bag removal equipment.Toprovide fundamental data for theresearchand development of mushroom debagging equipment,the physicaland mechanical characteristics of bagged mushroom debagging were studied. The density of mushroom debagging was determined using the sand drainage method.The static friction coeficient and dynamic frictioncoeficientof the bacteria stickrubberlayerandbacteria stick-stainless steel were measured bythe inclined plane method.The adhesive strength and evisceration force ofthe bacterial bag was measured using an electronicuniversal testing machine.A radial compression test was cariedouton the mushroom stick also using theelectronic universal testing machine. It was found that the average elastic modulus of the mushroom stick was 0.949MPa and the average Poisson ratio was O.177 when the loading speed was 10mm/min . This study can provide a theoretical basis for the design of key components and the determination of operating parameters of debagging equipment.
