Abstract:China has alarge planting areaand high yieldofwalnut,and itis animportantcomplex nutritious nut with high nutritional value.However,theprimaryprocesing technologysystemofwalnutisstillnotperfect,andtheperformance of equipment is unstable.To thisend,the six major links of green peel removal andcleaning,drying grading,shell breaking,shelland kernel separation,and walnut kernel peling inthe primary procesing of walnut are systematically analyzed,and the advantages,disadvantagesandbottlenecksof technologyandequipment are discussd.The analysis shows that theremovalof green pelbymachinerybasedon the maturityof walnutcan significantly improve thecleaning fficiency of post-harvest peel;Radiation-convection combined dryingcan reduce consumption and speedup;Machine recognition basedon efectivesphere diameter isusedforwalnut grading,which canachieveaccurate classification;The combinedshelingmodeisconducivetoimproving thewhole-kerelrateandshelingrate;Windselectionmethodis the main methodofshelland kernel separation with lowcost goodefect;Alkali soaking chemical peling methodis suitable forindustrialproductionwithlowcostandhigheficiency.Theprimaryprocesingofwalnutshouldadoptdiferent joint productionwaysaccording the supporting situation,and it is proposed to develop processing technologyandequipment according to local conditions,introduce intellgent manufacturing technology to improve equipment performance,and providereference for the perfect primary technology system of walnut.
