导风板对片烟复烤干燥室的热流场影响研究

Abstract:At present,theuneven drying phenomenonof tobacco redrying is mainlyafected bytheuniformityof heat flow feld indrying room.Tosolvethis problem,air guideplateswithdiferentstructuresandangles aresetinthedrying room to optimizethe heatflow field distribution.Combined with theturbulence modelandthe porousmediummodel,theCOMSOL simulationmodeloftheflowfieldandthetemperaturefieldcouplingintheup-draughtdryingchamberwasestablished,and the non-uniformcoefcientofflowfieldand temperaturenon-uniformcoeficientwereobtainedbysimulationanalysis.Theesults showed that when the aperture of the air guide plate was 20mm ,the hole distance was 60mm ,and the dip angle was 5∘ ,the heatflowfieldonthe tobaccolayer wasuniform,andtheaverage wind speed andaverage temperature were increased.After improving the air guide plate,the upper field inhomogeneity coeficient of the tobacco leaf layer decreased from 20.51% to 13.24% ,the average wind speed increased from 0.68m/s to 0.76m/s ,the temperature inhomogeneity coeficient of the tobacco leaf layer decreased from 12.71% to 7.71% ,and the average temperature increased from 29.44∘C to 30.34∘C :
