Abstract:Variable fertilization technologyplaysacrucialroleinimproving fertilizerutlization eficiency,increasing crop yields,and mitigating environmental polution.This paperreviews therecent advancements in keytechnologiesaociated withvariablefertilization,including prescriptiongenerationtechnology,variable fertilizationcontrolsystems,andthe designofactuatorcomponents forfertlizer dispensers.Currentchallenges were identified,suchasslowacquisitiooffield information,dificultiesinestablishingacuratefertizationmodels,andthelimitedresearchonintegratingvariable fertilization devices.Toaddress these chalenges,future research should focus on improving prescription mapgeneration byleveragingunmannedaerial vehicle(UAV)remote sensing technology toaccelerate field data colection.Conducting fieldexperiments inrepresentative farmlands across diverseregions can furtherrefine fertilization practicesandpromote scientificallyinformedfertilizationstrategies.Additionall,advancingthedesignanddevelopmentofvariablefertilization devices is essential toimprove theirstabilityandoverallperformance.Theseeffortsaimtodrivethepractical aplications of variable fertilization technology and support sustainable agricultural practices.
