Abstract：External nutrientbagsarecommonlyused to supplynutrients Morchellacultivation ingreenhouses.Toaddress theisues ofloweficiencyandhigh labor costsassociated with manuallyopeningand laying out thesenutrient bags，a machinewas designedand developed foropening-laying external nutrient bags suitable for greenhouse cultivation.This machinecan perform continuous feding，opening，and orderly laying of external nutrient bags ina single operation.It alsofeatures knifedisinfectionandsoilcompactionfunctions.Todeterminetheappropriaterangeofangularvelocities for thecontinuousoperation of the conveyor rolerat diferentforwardspeeds，amotion simulation of the device was conducted. The simulation results showed that when the nutrient bag laying interval was 200-300mm ，and the forward speed of the unit were 0.5m/s ， 0.6m/s ， 0.7m/s ， 0.8m/s ， 0.9m/s and 1.0m/s ，the corresponding optimal ranges of angular velocities for the conveyor roller were 0.41-0.54rad/s ， ”， 0.57-0.75rad/s ， 0.62- 0.86rad/s ， 0.73-0.97rad/s ，and 0.81-1.08rad/s ，respectively. The machine was designed following the agronomic requirementsofMorchellaplanting inXinjianggreenhouse.Thisresearchprovidesareferenceforthestructural optimization ofthe Morchella exteral nutrient bag opening-laying machine and the construction ofa physical prototype.

羊肚菌（Morchella）为子囊菌亚门马鞍菌科羊肚菌属真菌，因其子实体表面凹凸不平、形似羊肚而得名，是世界上珍稀食药用菌之一[1.2];羊肚菌味道鲜美、营养丰富，富含蛋白质、人体必需氨基酸和微量元素，有“素中之荤"的美称[3-5]；中医以羊肚菌子实体入药[6]，具有健脾、益肠消食、化痰理气、提神补脑等功效[7-9]，属高级营养滋补品。（剩余11295字）
