籽瓜静压机械破坏损伤试验研究

Abstract:To study the mechanical damage causedby static load during harvest,storage,and transportationof seed melons,static load compression damage tests were carred outon intact seed melons.The effects of compression position,hardness,andloadingrateon the mechanical propertiesand damage of seed melonswerestudied.The single-factor test results show thatthe failure limit,failureenergy,anddamagevolume decreasegraduallywhen the compression position varies from 0∘ to 90∘ . When hardness increases from 2.2MPa to 2.8MPa ,the failure limit and failureenergygraduallyincrease,whiledamagevolumegraduallydecreases.Whentheloadingrateranges from 30mm/min to 60mm/min ,the failure limit and failure energy first increase and then decrease,exhibiting an extreme value phenomenon,whilethe damage volume first decreases andthen increases,also showingan extreme value phenomenon.Theresultsof multi-factorresponse surface tests show thatthe interaction between compressivepositionand hardess,compresionpositionandloadingrate,andhardnessandloading rateallhave significant effectsonthe failure limit,failureenergy,and damage volume.Aregresionmodel was established to predictthefailure limit,failure energy, anddamage volume based on compression position,hardness,and loading rate.The model was validated and optimized.Withtheobjectives of maximizing failure limit and failure energy while minimizing damagevolume,the optimal parameter combination was determined as a compression position of 52∘ ,hardness of 2.8MPa ,andloadingrateof 44mm/min Theestablished modelcanprovidetheoretical referenceandguidance for mechanical damage prediction,storageand transportation mode selection,and low-loss harvesting equipment design.
