Abstract:Theworking environmentofagriculturalearth-touching machinesisharsh,with directcontact with soil, gravel,stones,etc.,resulting inwear,impact,andoperating inanon-lubricated state.Thetraditional methodsof reducingimpedancegrinding,suchas increasing hardness,singlebionicapplication,oraddingsoil guidegrooveonits Working surface,have limited efectonreducing metal wear and reducing drag,showing minimal improvement in the drag andwearreduction performanceof agriculturalearth-touching components.Tobetter promote the developmentof surface bionicwearresistant characteristics,theresearch statusof bionicimpedanceand grindingreductionforagricultural soil-contactsurfaces wasreviewed from the perspectives of configuration bionic,surface micro-structure bionic,flexible bionicandcoupling bionic.Thestudy foundthatsingle-type bionic solutionscanno longer mettheneeds ofmoderrapid development of agriculture.Future research shouldadhere tothe principleofcomplementaryadvantages,givefullplay to thesubjective inititive,use diferent typesof impedanceandgrinding reduction technologyrationall,andstrive to maximize the use of various resistance and wear reduction technologies.
