Abstract:Inorder to solve the problem of weed management under theplanting mode ofraw grassin hillyorchards,a mowercopyingdeviceforhillorchards wasdesignedtoimprovethemechanizationleveloforchard.Firstly,thetheoretical analysis of theestablished mower profilingdevice was carredout,anda virtual prototype model was built byusing ADAMS softwaretoverifythatthedevicecouldoperate in hillyterrin.Then,theBox—Behnken experimentaldesign methodwas usedto selecttheforward speedofthe mower,the inclinationangleofthecuting discandthe lengthofthesideskid as the optimizationparameters,andthe stubble stability,theaveragestubble height andthe minimumstubble height as the evaluation indexes,toestablishamulti-objectiveoptimizationagent model of thequadraticpolynomialresponse surface method through the ISIGHT software platform,and tooptimizetheparameters byusing the NSGA—II genetic algorithm. The optimization results show that under the conditions of the forward speed of the implement of 1.308m/s ,the inclination angle of the cutting disc of 5.15∘ and the length of the side skid plate of 166.16mm ,theperformance of the device is significantly improved and the error of prediction model is controlled within 5% .Finally,the optimized parameters were used todesign and fabricate the profiling device fortesting,and theresults showed thatthe stuble height was reduced by 5% at the same operating speed,and the operating speed was increased by 35% at the same stubble height.
