Abstract:Thecotton planting in Xinjiang generallyadoptedfilm mulch planting.How tohandlecottonstraw before collecting plastic filmresiduehadbecome the biggest chalenge afterautumn harvest,with respect to this problem,a back-throwing typecotton straw shreddingand throwing device was designedforfilm residue recycling device.The high-speedrotating shredding kniferolerin the shredding devicedrovetheflailknife toshred thecotton stra standngon theground.Under the action of the throwing device,theshredded coton straw wasthrown out atacertain height and distance towards therearof the machine,soas torealizetheuniformreturnofthecotton straw tothefieldand create conditions forthesubsequentresidualfilmrecoveryprocessInordertoverifythefeasiblityandactualoperational performance of thedesign of key components of thepost-throwcotton straw crushingandthrowing device,the field experimentwascarriedout withthegrindingrolerspeed,toolgroundclearanceandmachineforwardspeedas experimental factors,and thequalified rateand droprateofcoton straw shredding length as experimental indicators.The Box—Behnken Design response surface optimization analysis method was used to obtain the predicted optimization values, andthe optimization values were verified.The validation test showed thattheoptimal working parameter combinationof the device was as follows:the speed of the crushing knife roller was 2 400r/min ,the forward speed of the machine was 5km/h ,the ground clearance was 60mm ,and the qualified rate of the cotton straw crushing length was 97.56% ,the experimentalresults wereconsistentwith thepredictedoptimizationvalues,indicating thattheafter-throwingcottonstraw crushing and throwing device met the operational requirements and conformed to the relevant standards.
