农用车辆ABS制动特性及转鼓试验研究

Abstract:Inorder toimprovethedrivingsafetyofagricultural vehiclesandtheresearchanddevelopmenteficiencyof ABS braking performance,theABS system composition,braking force,braking characteristics and braking control principles of agriculturalvehicleswere analyzed,thesimulation model ofagricultural vehicles ABSwas established,and thebrakig characteristicsof agriculturalvehicleswithandwithout ABSbraking wassimulatedandanalyzed.Thedrum testof agricultural vehicle was investedand constructedto testandverifythe braking characteristicsofagricultural vehicles withand withouttheABS braking.Theresultsshow thatunder the independentcontrolof ABS,the braking stop time of agricultural vehicles is 2.75s and 3.25s ,the braking distance is 31.25m and 36.89m ,respectively,and the maximum braking deceleration is 7.88m/s2 and 6.27m/s2 . Under ABS braking,the wheel slip ratio of the left and right wheels is basicallythesame,andthewheel slipratiohasasmalloveralfluctuation neartheoptimalvalueO.18,whichensures the directionalstabilityof thevehicle during the braking process.Thesimulationrelativeerrorsofbraking time,braking distance and average braking deceleration for agricultural vehicles with and without ABS braking are 2.18% , 2.02% and 1.14% ,respectively,and the test relative errors are 2.15% , 1.17% and 1.75% ,respectively.
