甘薯农户扩大种植意愿影响因素研究

——基于江西省11地级市680个种植户的调查

Abstract：This studyexamined the factorsinfluencing farmers’wilingnessto expandsweet potatocultivation in Jiangxi Province.Based on a questionnaire survey of 68O sample farmers across11 cities with districts，the research employed the Cobb-Douglasproductionfunctionasareferenceframework.Itincorporatedvariablesrelated to labor，capital，technologyandotherkeyfactors，utilizingabinary logisticregression model toanalyze thesurvey. Theregresionanalysis revealed that five independent variables significantlyinfluencefarmers’willngnesstoexpand sweet potatocultivation.These include wilingnestojoinspecializedagriculturalcooperatives，registrationof brandtrademarks foragricultural products，output value per hectare，degree of mechanization replacing manual labor，andtheratio of plantingincome tototal household income.Allfivevariablesexhibitapositiveregressioncoeficient，aligningwith expected impact judgment.This indicates that farmers whoare inclinedto join specializedagricultural cooperatives andregisterbrand trademarks ofagricultural productsare more likely to expand sweet potato cultivation. Additionally，higheroutput valueperunit area，greater mechanization，andalarger proportionof planting income relative to totalhousehold income further enhance the likelihoodof expansion.However，contrary to expectations，the regresion analysis showed that higher education levels，higher yields per hectare，and participation in planting technology trainingareassociated withalower wilingness toexpand cultivation，while higher productioncosts per hectarecorrespond to a greater likelihoodof expansion. Basedon these findings，the studyrecommends strengthening specialized sweet potato cooperatives，promoting agricultural branding through trademark registration，advancing mechanization and digital transformation，andaddressng structural chalenges insweet potato production.These insights providevaluableguidance for policymakers and stakeholders in developing and optimizing the sweet potato industryin Jiangxi Province.
