Abstract:Aimingattheproblemshighcostlongresearchdevelopmentperiodequipmentstirringeffectevaluation underdiferentdesignmovementparametersstiredgraindryingsilo,inordertindthebestdesignmotionparameters thestirred graindryingsilostiringdevice,basedonthetheoreticalstudytheforce motionasingle grainparticleunder theactionaspiralagitator,themulti-sphereclustermethodwasusedtoestablishamulti-sphereparticlemodelriceparticles onthebasisthemeasuredthreedimensionaldimensionsriceparticles,thesinglefactordiscreteelement simulationanalysisscrewagitatorspeedpitchonmixinguniformitywascarriedoutbyusing thediscreteelement simulationstwareEDEM.Theresultsshowedthatthehigher therotationalspeedthespiralagitator,thebeterthe uniformity,thebetertheuniformitycouldbeimprovedbyincreasing thepitchinacertainrange.Comprehensive analysis shows that when the spiral agitator speed is 30r/min the pitch is 110mm ,the minimum stirring variation coefcient isO.1.Theaccracythesimulationresultswasverified bytheprototypetest.Theresultsshowed thatwhen the screw agitator speed was 30r/min the pitch was 110mm ,thestirringuniformitywas higher, thedrying efficiency was increased by 25% compared with the original parameter combination.
