基于ANSYS的刷辊式履带棉花收获机底盘车架CAE分析与优化

Abstract:Due to thecomplex terrain incotton planting areasalong theYangtzeRiverand Yelow River basins in China,as wellas unstabledrivingconditions duringfieldoperations,thisstudydevelopedabrushrolercrawlercotton harvester tailoredfor field harvesting.To ensure thesafetyand structural integrityof theharvester'schasis frame,and to understand itsvibrationcharacteristics,this studyutilized 3Dmodeling software SolidWorks forthedesignof the overall chasis frame.Additionally,ANSYS Workbench wasemployed to conduct static and modal simulation analyses on theentire chasis frame.The simulation resultsafter structural optimization show thatunder static loadconditions, the maximum partial deformation of the chassis frame was 1.929mm ,the maximum deformation of the tracked walking chassis was 1.4363mm ,the maximum equivalent stress of the overall chassis frame was 226.97 MPa,and the average equivalent stress was 5.587 9MPa . These results suggest that the frame meets the safety use standard for practicaluse.To assssthe vibration characteristics,thechasis frame underwent 8-order modal analysis,revealing that the natural frequency range for all modes was below 100Hz ,This indicated that under normal working conditions, thechassis frameispredominantlyafectedbylow-frequency vibrations.Thisalignswiththedesignexpectations of the frame's overall structure.
