Abstract:Inorder toshortentheresearchanddevelopmentcycleofseasonal product procesing equipment forCamelia oleifera fruit,thediscreteelement modelofcameliaoleiferafruit wasestablishedandthecontact parameters werecalibrated bytakingcamellaoleifera fruitastheresearchobject.The density,watercontent,Poisson’sratioandelasticmodulus of camellia oleifera fruit were 973.56kg/m3 , 69% ,0.28and 156MPa ,respectively, measured by drainage method,drying methodanduniaxialcompressiontest.Thecontact parameters werecalibrated bycomparing theresultsof physical testand simulationtest.Thecollsionrecoverycoeficient,staticfrictionfactorandrolling friction factorofcamelia oleifera fruitand steelwererespectivelycalibratedbycolisionbounce test,slopesliptestandsloperoling test withthe values of 0.576,O.540 and O.007 7,respectively.The actual stacking angle of 21.21∘ wasobtained through cylinder lifting testand digital image procesing.Inthesimulation test,thecontactparameters betweencameliaoleifera fruit weretakenas thetestfactors,thesimulationstackingangleastheindex,the steepest climb test wasusedtofindtheoptimal intervalof the significantfactors,andtheregression modelof simulation stacking angleand significant parameters wasestablished in theresponse surfacetest.Theoptimalparametercombinationofcamellaoleiferafruitcontact wasobtainedafter optimizationasfollows:CollsinrecoverycoefficientO.467,static frictioncoefficentO.534,rolling frictincoefient 0.0080.The optimal parameter combination was used for verification,and the simulation test pile angle was 21.03∘ Theresults showed thattherelativeerror between the simulatedpileangleandtheactual pileangleaftercalibration was 0.85% ,and the pile shape wasconsistent.Thecalibrationresultswere reliable,andcould provide theoretical reference for the research and development and simulation optimization of camella oleifera fruit processing equipment.
