Abstract:Accuratemeasurementof thesoilresistanceofrotsystemduringcotonstalkuproting isaprerequisiteforoptimizing thedesignof cotton stalk uproting equipmentandachieving eficientcoton stalk uproting.This paper proposesa method formeasuring thecoton stalkuprotingresistance and designs a measurement bench.Innovatively,twothree-dimensional forcesensors weresymmetricallyarranged toacquiretheaxialandradialforcerespectivelyduringcottonstalkuproting.The experiment wasconducted basedonfactors such as uprooting speed,uproting angle andclamping height,andtheresults showed thatthedesign programmecouldsimultaneouslymeasuretheradialandaxialforceactingonthecotonstalk,duringtheuprooting process,theforceactingonthecotonstalkwasmainlyaxial.Theinfluencedegreeofthe three factorsonthecotonstalk uprooting resistance was uprooting speed > uprooting angle > clamping height. The ideal combination of uprooting parameters is an uprooting speed of 600mm/s ,an uprooting angle of 60∘ ,and a clamping height of 100mm .The bench can efectivelymeasuretheaxialforceandradialforceduringcotonstalkuprooting,whichcanprovideesential theoreticalreference forthe design of the cotton stalk uprooting mechanism.
