小型电动底盘专用电动悬挂结构设计与仿真分析

Abstract:Toaddress thelimitationsoftraditional three-pointhitches,namelytheir complex structureand large size, which hinder theirapplication insmallelectric chasis,aspecialized electricsuspensiondevice wasdeveloped.The study firstintroduces theoveralldesign and working principleof the suspensiondevice.Basedona motionanalysisof the lifting four-bar linkage mechanism,an electricpushrodwas selectedas theactuator.Next,kinematic simulationsof the suspension system were conducted using Adams software.Finally,field experiments were caried out to measure andanalyze the maximum lifting heightandaverage lifting speedof the suspension device,and theresultswerecompared with the simulation data. The results showed a maximum lifting height of 260mm ,with only a 1.5% deviation from the simulation results. The average lifting speed was 11.40mm/s ,with an error margin of approximately 5% compared to the simulation.These findings confirmtheaccuracy of the simulation model and demonstrate that the suspension device meets the intended design requirements.
