农机镇压部件作业阻力测试系统设计与试验

Abstract:Aimingattheproblemsofdifficultyincolectingresistance during theoperation ofagricultural machinery pressing parts (such as pressing rollers,pressing plates,etc.),as well as the complex structure and weak universality of relatedresistance testing devices,asetofresistancetesting system forpresing parts is designed.The systemis mainlycomposed of bench,motor drive system,resistance measurement and control system and hinged structure.The force measurement system is selected,and thekey structureis designedandanalyzed.The forceanalysis of the overall structure iscarredout,and the mechanical analysis modelisestablished.The measuredvalueof the sensorand theactual working resistanceiscalibrated,thefunctionalrelationshipbetweenthemisobtained.Taking theself-made pressing parts as an example,thethree-factorand thre-level Box—Benhnken test was carriedout.The working resistance of thepresing parts was taken as thetest index,the influenceof the forward speed,the typeof pressing rollerand thecompression amount on the working resistance wasanalyzed.The primaryand secondary order of the factors ffecting the working resistance was obtained as the forward speed,the compression amount and the typeof pressingroller. Through the analysis of Design—Expert software,the best combination of working parameters for the operation of the pressing parts is as follows:the forward speed of 0.6m/s ,bionic convex hull type pressing roller,compression amount of 10mm ,whilethe theoretical working resistance is343.3 N.The verification test of the optimal parameter combination shows that the working resistance of the suppression part is 357.3N ,and the relative error with the theoretical resistance value is 4.1% . This study can provide a reference for the optimization design of suppression parts and the research of working resistance.
