Abstract： Objective： To explore the impact ofJCI standard nursing onself-effcacyand qualityof ife of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods： 80 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） from March 2024toMarch2O25 inthe hospital were selectedandrandomlydivided intoacontrol groupandanobservation group，with 40 cases ineach group.The control group received routine nursing，while the observation group received JCI standard nursing. The nursing quality， patient self-eficacy，and qualityof life were compared and analyzed. Results： Compared with thecontrol group，the observation group scored higher in all aspects of nursingquality （basic nursing，nursingsafety，criticalpatient nursing，document writing，anddisinfectionandisolation），with signiicant differences （P<0.05） ; The observation group had higher scores in various dimensions of self-efficacy （SUPPH） after intervention，with significant differences （P<0.05） ; After intervention， the observation group had a higher GQOLI-74 （quality of life） score，with a significant difference （P<0.05） .Conclusion： Implementing JCI standard nursing can improve nursing quality，enhance self-eficacy of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，and improve their quality of life.
