Abstract： The soil samples after air drying were prepared by mechanical sampling and traditional manual sampling respectively.The ground soil samples were subjected to digestion tests for comparison，and the results met the experimental requirements，completely superior to traditional handmade samples.The mechanical sampling method hasthe advantages ofhigh eficiency，lowlabor intensitylownoise，reduceddust，andimprovedon-site environment.
