Abstract：The standardization practice of on-site quality management in construction projects isan important means to ensure projectquality，improve construction eficiency，reduce costs，and achieve sustainable development. By introducing aquality management system，optimizing construction processes，promoting refined management and information technology，it is possble to strengthen quality control throughout the entire construction process and reduce the occurrence of construction quality problems.This article mainly explores the practical methods of standardization management，aiming toprovide referenceforpractitioners intheconstruction industryand promote the modernization and high-quality development of project construction management.
