标准化血糖监测流程对糖尿病患者自我管理能力的影响

Abstract： Objective：To explore the effectof standardized blood glucose monitoring procedures on self-management ability in patients with diabetes mellitus （DM）. Methods： A total of 120DM patients followed up Hekou Town Health Center，Xigu District，Lanzhou CityGansu Province from January2O23 to January 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，with 6O cases in each group.The control group adopted routine blood glucose monitoring，and the observation group adopted standardized blood glucose monitoring. The blood glucose level，self-management abilityand quality of lifeof the two groups were compared.Results： After intervention， the blood glucose index level and blood glucose fluctuation value of the observation group were decreased，and more significantly than those of the control group （P<0.05） .Thescoresof self-management ability （SDSCA） in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P<0.05） .The scores of four indexes of quality oflife （DSQL）in both groups were decreased，and the scores inthe observation group was lower than those in the control group （P<0.05） . Conclusion： After the application of standardized blood glucose monitoring process， the self-management abilityandqualityoflifeofDMpatients aresignificantlyimproved，andthe blood glucose indexis controlled，which isworthy of popularizationand application.
