Abstract： Water conservancy project construction involves complex process connection and resource alocation，and progress control is a keylink to ensure timely and high-qualitycompletion of the project.Standardized management utilizes standardized construction processes，resource alocation，and emergencyresponse to improve construction eficiencyand management level.This articleanalyzesthe problemsofunclearplanning，lack ofunified standards inthe process，untimelyresponseof resource supply chain，and insufficient emergency system in water conservancy project construction. It proposes measures such as developing standardized schedule management system，promoting standardized construction proces， optimizing resource management supply chain response，and building emergency plan system to enhance the coordination and risk resistance of construction organization and ensure the smooth achievement of project goals.
