Abstract：This paper focuses onthe wasteelectricalandelectronic appliances dismantling industry inHunanprovince， investigatesandanalyzesthecurentstatusoftheindustryand its standardizationdevelopment，constructsastandards system framework for benefit evaluation of waste electrical and electronic appliances dismantling in Hunan province. The framework comprises four modules： basic and general standards，resource management standards，polution prevention andcontrol standards，and evaluationand assessment standards.It explores the standardized management of the waste electrical and electronic appliances dismantling industry and provides guidance for developing and revising local standards in Hunan province.
